Soy Lecithin
Soy Lecithin is composed of a complex mixture of different constituants (phospholipids, glycolipids, carbohydrates and triglycerides). Soy Lecithin is a surface-active additive with emulsifying and dispersing properties and has the capability to interact with other substances as proteins or starches, producing synergetic effects.
